Having an anxious child can disrupt daily life within the any family. Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) is developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center. SPACE is a parent-based treatment program tailored for children and adolescents grappling with anxiety, OCD, and related symptoms. SPACE skills help parents to nurture their children's confidence and impart sustainable coping strategies. The program is uniquely designed for parents, with the aim of fostering positive, systematic shifts in parental how the parents respond to their anxious child. We are fully committed to being there for you every step of the way, offering a specific road map with guidance and unwavering support. The SPACE seminar series is built upon evidence-based parenting techniques that address childhood anxiety in an effective manner. Parents attend parent sessions for about 8-12 sessions.
