At Mental Health Counseling for Emotional Well Being, we believe that emotional well-being is the foundation for healthy, happy and successful lives. We work with children, teens and adults, utilizing evidenced practices that are usually short term and highly effective skills. We treat symptoms of depression, anxiety and can help with intense emotions. Our small group psychotherapy practice specializes in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We offer counseling services to address social, emotional, interpersonal and academic difficulties.
