Carolyn Fox LMHC-LP with over 20 years experience in mental health and school settings. She has worked as a school psychologist Pre-K-12, in college counseling, and with individuals with persistent psychiatric disorders. Carolyn received a Masters Degree of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Hunter College. Carolyn Also has a Certificate of Advanced Study in Mental Health Counseling from Alfred University. In addition, she has received extensive training in evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT ) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) t, Exposure and Response Therapy for OCD, Habit Reversal, and CBT for Anxiety and Depression.

Carolyn is experienced in working with children, adolescents and adults providing a very supportive, nonjudgmental, humanistic counseling environment.
