Group Counseling for Anxiety
In this 10 week CBT skills group we teach children, teens and young adults how to manage their worry and anxiety. Our skills help our clients to manage their stress and anxiety by utilizing specific coping strategies, problem solving and healthier ways of thinking. We teach skills that help our clients to be better able to face their fears and stop avoiding the things that are not dangerous. The beauty of being part of a group is that we connect with each other and learn from one another.
