Christina Repp

Christina Repp is contracted to work with MHC for Emotional Well-Being PLLC. She is a licensed clinical social worker, a certified school social worker, and a member of the Academy of Clinical Social Workers through the National Association of Social Workers. Since July of 1989, she has helped children, adolescents, adults and families in foster care, addiction, and school-based environments. Ms. Repp received her Masters in Social Work from Fordham University and is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy through Behavioral Tech. In addition, she has received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT,) Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and is a certified provider of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens.
Ms. Repp has experience working with clients who need assistance managing anxiety, depression, stress, traumatic grief, and other big emotions. With respect, warmth and understanding, she works collaboratively with her clients to validate their experience, while establishing a treatment plan to reduce stress and distress, and enhance a client’s home, work, and school life.
